This Sweepstakes is organized and administered by Reinke Manufacturing Co., Inc.,  headquartered in Deshler, Nebraska, USA ("Sponsor").

This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, and Canada, and who are 18 years of age or older and who are engaged in agricultural production as growers or farm operators. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Sponsor, authorized Reinke dealers, their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family/household members of each are not eligible. This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law. It is the responsibility of participants to ensure compliance with local regulations.

The Sweepstakes begins 12:00:01 AM CT on July 1, 2026 and ends 11:59:59 PM CT on September 30, 2026 (“Promotion Period”). Only purchases or alternate method of entry (AMOE) entries made during this period are eligible.

Eligible participants will receive one (1) entry for each Reinke irrigation tower purchased from an authorized Reinke dealer during the Promotion Period. Purchases must be completed and documented by an authorized Reinke dealer within the Promotion Period.

To enter without making a purchase, mail a handwritten 3" X 5" (76 mm X 127 mm) postcard containing your full name, mailing address, phone number, email address, and the statement “Planet Hollywood Vacation Giveaway Sweepstakes Entry” to:

Each postcard received constitutes one (1) entry. Limit one (1) AMOE entry per household during the Promotion Period.

AMOE entries must be postmarked by September 30th, 2026, and received by Oct 7th, 2026.

Unlimited entries via qualifying purchases. One (1) AMOE entry per household. Entries generated by script, macro, or automated means are void.

The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or fees associated with receiving a prize. The winner will receive a vacation package to the family friendly Planet Hollywood Cancun, Mexico, consisting of:

Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received from all entry methods and the total number of winner seats available.

Sponsor will conduct a random drawing on or about October 30th, 2026 from all eligible entries received. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding.

The winner will be contacted using the information submitted with their entry. If the potential winner does not respond within 10 business days, an alternate winner may be selected. Sponsor reserves the right to amend notification methods as needed. The winner will be required to complete and return:

Failure to respond or complete required documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

The winner will receive an IRS Form 1099‑MISC for the ARV of the prize. Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes.

Except where prohibited, participation constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner’s name, likeness, city/state, and statements for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

By submitting an entry, participants confirm the following:



I am at least 18 years of age and agree to the official Sweepstakes rules. I specifically consent to the use of photographs of my facilities, operations, or other personal property; my photograph, video depiction, voice, likeness, or image; and any testimonial I provide in conjunction with sales and marketing brochures, videos, and commercials developed by Reinke Manufacturing Co., Inc. and its agents. I understand that I will not receive any compensation, now or in the future, for such use, and I waive any claims related to invasion of privacy, misappropriation, defamation, false light, or similar concerns.

Personal information collected through the Sweepstakes will be used solely for Sweepstakes administration, communication, and winner selection. For more details, please refer to Reinke’s Privacy Policy.

Participants needing submission assistance due to a disability or language barrier may contact the Sweepstakes team for support. Sponsor is committed to making this Sweepstakes accessible to all eligible individuals.

This Sweepstakes may utilize platforms such as Facebook for promotions or announcements. It is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by those platforms. By entering, participants release them from any liability related to the contest.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the Sweepstakes or its rules in whole or part due to technical issues, fraud, or any factor impairs the integrity of the promotion, legal compliance needs, or other circumstances beyond its control.

By participating, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its dealers, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims arising out of participation or prize use, including travel‑related risks.

The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska.
