Christmas Spirit

The movie, Zootopia 2, delivered a thrilling and fast-paced storyline as the diverse animal characters worked together to unravel a captivating mystery.  Throughout the film, the characters encountered various obstacles and challenges, testing their determination and teamwork.  

Just as the animals worked together in the movie, Reinke employees work together to create the best products available.  With that, there is time for enjoyment as well.  

The Christmas season brings families and friends together for meaningful activities.  Reinke is a family-owned company that values and recognizes the contributions of all their employees and their families.  The commitment to their team has positioned the company as a leading provider of center pivot irrigation systems.

Employee Appreciation

Just as the Christmas movie brings the Reinke family together, the company extends the spirit of community year-round through various initiatives.  Reinke provides additional experiences for employees and their families at baseball games, bowling tournament, golf tournament, and a full-day company picnic.  These events provide an opportunity for employees and their families to spend time together, demonstrating Reinke’s gratitude for their commitment and hard work.

Community Support

Reinke’s dedication to its employees extends far beyond the workplace, embracing the local community with programs and traditions that bring families together, and strengthen local businesses.  Examples of Reinke’s donations include supporting the Thayer County K-9 initiative to fight crime, local licensed childcare providers, affordable housing options, and Chamber Bucks, bonus money that can be spent at local businesses.  

Reinke also offers assistance and donations to Blue Valley Community Action, an organization dedicated to helping families in the local area and fostering a positive impact in the communities.

Education Opportunities

Beyond family gatherings and community events, Reinke even supports local classrooms by contributing to education development, ensuring students have opportunities to learn and grow. Throughout the year, Reinke employees serve as industry instructors in local classrooms, sharing their expertise with students on a variety of technical courses.

Those courses include Welding, CNC & Machine Shop Principals, AutoCAD/CNC, Irrigation Basics, and Introduction to Electricity.  The local Electrogator Robotics team is sponsored by Reinke, which has competed successfully since2017 and awaits their next big chance to win at state.

Reinke’s commitment to workforce development and technical education, helps foster the talent needed for innovation and adaptability.  This ensures both employees and the community are prepared for the future.  

Being Grateful

During this Christmas season, or any time of year, it’s important to express gratitude, and everyone does it in their own way.  Being grateful is not only a feeling, but an appreciation for goodness from sources outside oneself.
